When I was first told about the fire project my freshman year I honestly did not have an idea on what my topic would be about. When they made us choose a topic this year I was so unsure on what I would do this big project on because I knew that it had to be something that would make me be so passionate about it. I ended up choosing child hunger because I was looking at the website and noticed this issue. I thought to myself how child hunger did not cross my mind at all in all the four years. I felt that we weren't as aware about many issues and that this issue was something we needed to address to other people. This has been the longest paper I have written and I thought to myself that as much as I complain about how much work it is in reality I will end up thanking my teachers for showing us how to do this to be prepared for the future. It helped a lot how we started to do parts of the project in class with our teacher so when the day of putting all together it wouldn't be as much. This project teach me how to write a well organized paper with footnoted not just adding quotes from my research. I am very proud of how I actually turned this paper on time because my fear was that I wasn't going to meet the deadline for it. For the next students who will be seniors next year I would recommend them to take their time with this project to not start it when it's almost the end of the year to start having plan about their issue and the project as a whole.
